Ginette is a senior-level executive with extensive hands-on experience
in finance, administration, information systems, human resources and working
with Board of Directors, banks and attorneys, in diverse industries including
fixed-based operation, healthcare and privately held companies. She has
a proven ability to improve financial reporting processes by creating
efficiencies throughout the accounting functions and policies to improve
internal controls. Ginette directly impacted profitability through financial
management, cost reductions, information systems improvements and staff
development. Ginette has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and
is both a certified public accountant and a certified healthcare financial
professional.
Ginette is the current owner of Key CFO Solutions, LLC, a company focused
on providing CFO expertise to entities in a multitude of industries with
special proficiency in healthcare. She opened her company after serving
as the Chief Financial Officer at Aspen Valley Hospital for over 17 years,
where she was responsible for oversight of Hospital finances and management
of the building facilities. Ginette started at the Hospital in 2004 as
a Controller in the Finance Department. She was subsequently promoted
to Associate CFO before being named CFO in 2016. When she began working
at the Hospital, Ginette was part of the team that stabilized the organization’s
finances in a time of economic uncertainty. As a member of the executive
team, she helped lead the Hospital through the COVID-19 pandemic and with
the adoption of Epic, the nation’s largest and most sophisticated
electronic healthcare records system. She previously worked as the CFO
for two privately held firms in the Roaring Fork Valley after working
in the corporate tax departments at The Quaker Oats Company and Tellabs,
Inc., two multinational corporations based in Illinois. She volunteered
at the Western Healthcare Alliance, a nonprofit that supports rural healthcare
organizations in western Colorado.
Two of Ginette’s favorite aspects of life in Colorado are the outdoor
recreation and the extensive cultural activities available year-round.
