Dr. Kenneth Anderson, DO, is an internal medicine physician and Medical Director for the Gunnison Valley Health Family Medicine Clinic. Dr. Anderson brings extensive clinical experience and a longstanding connection to the Gunnison Valley community, where he previously pursued his undergraduate education at Western Colorado University.

Dr. Anderson is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive patient care. He specializes in preventive medicine and chronic disease management, with a patient-centered approach that emphasizes personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Dr. Anderson is committed to fostering strong patient-physician relationships and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

Dr. Anderson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he served as chief resident. During his residency, he supervised medical students and interns, led didactic lectures, and gained experience managing complex cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

In his role as Medical Director of the GVH Family Medicine Clinic, Dr. Anderson is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. He provides clinical leadership, oversees quality improvement initiatives, and works collaboratively with the care team to enhance service offerings and patient outcomes.
