In recognition of American Heart Month, Gunnison Valley Health is proud to announce a special initiative offering a limited number of free Heartsaver CPR & AED certifications. These comprehensive training sessions will equip participants with essential skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Course Details:
- The Heartsaver courses will be conducted in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all community members.
- The first Spanish-language training will be held on February 7, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.
- The English-language training is scheduled for February 10, 2024, at 10 a.m.
- Each course will take place in a classroom setting, providing hands-on practice and guidance from certified instructors.
- Participants will leave the training with the knowledge of how to use an AED and administer CPR.
