Paris 2024: Gunnison Valley Health's Dr. Gloria Beim Named Head Team Physician for Team USA

Gunnison Valley Health is proud to announce that orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Gloria Beim, has been appointed as the head team physician for Team USA at the Summer Olympic Games in Paris, 2024. This prestigious appointment highlights Dr. Beim’s expertise in sports medicine and her commitment to the health and performance of athletes. As head team physician, Dr. Beim will lead a team of medical professionals that will provide medical care, injury prevention and rehabilitation services to ensure that the athletes are in peak condition for competition.
Gunnison Valley Health CEO, Jason Amrich, extended his congratulations to Dr. Beim and highlighted how that skill extends to the Gunnison Valley.

Dr. Beim has served in various medical roles at international sporting events since 1997. This will be her fourth time at the Olympics, including serving as the Chief Medical Officer for Team USA at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, and she has also served as the Chief Medical Officer or Head Team Physician in four Paralympic Games. Her extensive experience and dedication to athlete care have earned her a stellar reputation in the field of sports medicine.
