Dr. Kenneth Anderson, DO, Rejoins Gunnison Valley Health Family Medicine Clinic

Gunnison Valley Health (GVH) is pleased to announce the return of Dr. Kenneth Anderson, DO, to its Family Medicine Clinic on December 1, 2024. Dr. Anderson, an internal medicine specialist, will be seeing patients and assuming the role of Medical Director for the clinic.

Dr. Anderson previously served the Gunnison Valley community at the GVH Family Medicine Clinic from 2016 to 2023. Over the past year, he expanded his expertise while practicing at a large primary care clinic in South Dakota, gaining valuable experience that he is eager to share with his colleagues at GVH.

“Practicing in South Dakota was a rewarding experience, but my family and I missed Colorado, especially the Gunnison Valley,” said Dr. Anderson. “We’re excited to reconnect with the community, particularly with the wrestling and dance community, and our kids are thrilled to return to Gunnison schools. It’s an honor to rejoin the dedicated team at GVH Family Medicine Clinic and contribute to the exciting initiatives underway across the health system.”

Dr. Anderson is well-known and highly regarded within the community, and his return reinforces GVH’s commitment to providing expert, compassionate care to the residents of the Gunnison Valley.
