Celebrating Excellence: Carly Herrick Recognized as a Finalist for CNA Spotlight on Excellence Award

At Gunnison Valley Health’s Senior Care Center, we are proud to celebrate our very own Life Enriching Caregiver, Carly Herrick, who was recently recognized as the finalist from our district for the Colorado Health Care Association’s (CHCA) prestigious CNA Spotlight on Excellence Award. This recognition highlights Carly’s unwavering dedication to providing compassionate care and her exceptional contributions to our residents at the Senior Care Center. 

The Colorado Health Care Association’s Spotlight on Excellence program honors individuals who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to excellence in the long-term care profession. Each year, facilities across the state nominate outstanding staff members, and CHCA recognizes these deserving individuals for their dedication and impact. While Carly was not selected as the award recipient this year, being named a finalist is a testament to her exemplary caregiving, leadership and the meaningful relationships she fosters with residents and teammates alike. 

Carly is a caregiver who truly embodies what it means to enrich lives. Leadership relies on her not only to provide outstanding care but also to inspire and guide others. Her teammates look up to her as a leader and role model, and our residents trust and value the compassionate care she provides every day.
