There are different reasons why patients need swing bed services. No matter

Physical Therapy: Rehabilitation to support strength building, fall prevention, improved

Respiratory Therapy: Education on proper use of oxygen and respiratory care.

Long-Term IV Antibiotics: Our clinical team can support with the safe administration of IV medications

When you have met your recovery goals and it is time to go home, our team
will support a successful transition. We offer support with:
Connecting to community resources.
Arranging in-home care.
Education and guidance on necessary in-home medical equipment and supplies.
Finding appropriate living arrangements if necessary.
Insurance and eligibility.
Swing bed services are Medicare covered services. Many insurance companies
provide coverage through skilled nursing benefits. Self-pay is also an
option for swing bed services.
Medicare benefits cover swing bed services in full for up to 20 days and
with a co-payment for up to an additional 80 days.
The length of a swing bed stay varies based on your individual needs. Care
can range from a few days to a few months.
