Important Notice: Patient Bill Pay System Outage

Dear Patients and Visitors,

We want to inform you that our patient bill pay system is currently unavailable. We are in the process of switching to a new vendor and have encountered an unexpected outage. We are actively working with our vendors to resolve this issue, but the estimated time for repair is approximately four weeks.

In the meantime, you can make payments over the phone by calling 970-432-3019, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department for assistance at 970-432-3019.
